First visit since the old practice was taken over by Dental Beauty. Felt totally at ease by the dentist, she didn’t rush when discussing my future treatment plan, answered my questions in full.Friendly, welcoming reception staff, similarly with the dentists assistant. Practice nice and clean.

My wife's first dental fillings since lockdown due to Covid-19. The Dentist she saw was excellent. Very thorough examination and gentle when carrying out the filling. She made my wife feel relaxed. Highly recommended.

Had my first hygienist appointment with Beth. She was so lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Beth is very knowledgeable and has given me great advice how to care for my teeth going forward. I was so ashamed of how discoloured my teeth had become I was over the moon with the way my teeth looked at the end of my deep clean session. Now to get my teeth straightened!!! I’ve added my own pictures of how they looked before and after. I highly recommend Beth she’s an amazing hygienist and I will be back in 6 months to see her again

I was In huge amounts of pain for the past 48 hours. Having a huge phobia of the dentist I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing Dental surgery. Every other surgery would not see me. Dental Beauty Basildon was able to see me on the same day and the process was absolutely perfect. Megan at reception was kind and polite and extremely informative. Nikita and Jess are a dream team for anyone who is looking for a Dentist or has a fear of the dentist. I had a wisdom tooth removed today and I honestly can’t believe how simple and pain free it was. Nikita is just outstanding everything from her professionalism, communication, empathy. I seriously think other healthcare professionals can learn a lot from her. Not only has Nikita and Jess helped with the fear of the dentist. I’m lucky to have found a dentist for life. I will recommend all my friends and family. Utterly superb. Other Healthcare establishments could learn a lot from Dental Beauty Basildon.

Nikita and Parual were so amazing with my little boy especially it being his first ever visit to the dentist. They made us feel so at ease and I was so happy with how happy he was being there. My check up was very thorough and I was very happy with the options given to me. I really appreciate the kindness they showed us and how we were immediately at ease.Can’t forget to mention the receptionist was very lovely and welcoming too.Great team :)

I have visited this practice for many years before it changed to Dental Beauty. The private prices were reasonable however, they have unfortunately gone up.. quite a bit. The dentists are brilliant, very thorough and patient. Wendy the hygenist is amazing. Could not recommend enough !

I managed to get an emergency appointment as was in severe pain. Pia diagnosed a cracked tooth and an infection and I returned today for an extraction. I was very nervous but Pia reasurred me all the way and was so kind and professional and put me at ease. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

I have have seen many dentists in my time, but Nikita has got to the best one. Her work is highly professional, her manner and care is of the highest order. I would totally recommend this dental practice, it’s certainly the one I intend to keep using. After having braces for over 2 years (with a different practice) I still wasn’t happy with my smile! Nik kindly organised a zoom call and after that we proceeded with a consultation for whitening and bonding. The whole process was clear and easy! Cannot recommend them enough!Thank you so much for everything! Finally smiling - albeit behind a mask! But smiling nonetheless

I had the pleasure of meeting Pia with my daughters. She was welcoming and caring. With 3 children with disabilities she made them feel so welcome and at ease without even knowing they had disabilities. Highly recommend visiting dental beauty and seeing Pia. The team are all welcoming and friendly.

An excellent experience at Dental Beauty Basildon this morning. The newly refitted surgery looks and feels bright, fresh and hygienic. The reception staff were very friendly and their service swift and efficient.Pia (my new dentist) was amazing and I felt relaxed during my treatment from her and confident from the support given by assistant Peril. A huge thank you to the team as it’s not often that you can say that a visit to the dentist was so pleasurable.

This dental practice is great for many reasons, I have been to another one in the area, which I will not name. This practice is clean, but most of all the staff are friendly and there is no hostility that I could feel.For people that fear or have anxiousness about dentists, I would recommend this practice as everyone is calm and you are listened and talked through the process.I am very happy that I am a patient and it is close to my home.

Very happy with this dentist. Joined with my sons well over twenty three years ago when it was Mr Lee and my sons have beautiful teeth thanks to that man. Now Miss Patel is my dentist there and what a beautiful warm and kind lady she is always ask about my life etc wants been happening and not just to do with my teeth! Would recommend this practice highly.
